This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

We are minutes from Lake Ontario beaches, the Salmon River in Pulaski & Altmar, Salmon River Falls, & the Salmon River Resevoir.

Off-grid cabin with solar power, running water, and heat. The property borders County forest which borders the Happy Valley Wildlife Management area. Perfect location for atving, hunting, or just enjoying nature with plenty of public land and trails available. Just a few miles from the Salmon River. This is a secluded cabin in the woods on a seasonal road. You may run into a mouse or bug. Upstairs bedroom. The cabin has a fridge, gas stove, shower, and a tv with a few local channels.

The Little John Tiny Cabin makes the perfect hub for your adventure. With WiFi, coffee, and linens included, all you’ll need to bring is some fresh clothes and a bite to eat!

Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.

Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens, geese and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.
