This beautiful house has a kitchen ready to cook and serve in with all the essentials from microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and cups, and even a propane bbq out back. Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

We have a 2 bedroom house with plenty of extra sleeping in the common areas 2 Futons that make out into a bed and a sofa sleeper we also have plenty of room for parking all your boat trailers or ORV trailers parking in front and back of house are kitchen is fully stocked and we have a BBQ gas grill to use are garage is set up for a game room we’re you can play cards or we have lots of board games poker chips and other card game ! We have recently added a pool table!

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby.
