The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

According to article 83 of the City Council, local authorities require a city tax from any tourist over 10 years old visiting the city. The tax is collected during the check-in procedure. Special note: guests arriving after 7 pm will be able to self check-in without incurring any extra costs. If our presence is requested, there will be an extra cost of 50 euro.

I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.
