Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a queen bed and is located on the top floor. It has closet space for storage. It also features a flat screen Roku TV with YoutubeTV along with a couch. Bedroom #2 - The second bedroom features a full bed with a closet for storage. Master Bathroom (Top Floor) - The master bath has a large vanity as well as a walk-in shower, toilet & storage for towels. Bathroom #2 (Main Floor) - This bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub, vanity, and toilet. It gives a great view of an open space known for deer sightings. The side patio features a table and chair for two. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also a campfire area on the rear side of the house, for late evening smores! - Guests have full access to the entire home, back patio, and all outside spaces. - Guest have access to all towels, linens, pillow cases & paper products. - The house is a short walk to Fire Ridge Golf Course. Cozy Abode

The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

Just a short 3 minute walk into downtown Millersburg. Close to the local Brewery and fine restaurants! Millersburg is unique with its antique and thrift shopping! We are a very small walk/ride to the Rails to Trails. This is a trail that runs from Fredericksburg to Killbuck (15 miles) perfect for bikes or walks.

The house has 2 main bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the Game/Office room. It has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is fully functional (coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher). The living room, both bedrooms, and game room have individual TVs.
