Welcome to the lake Garda! The B&B Locus Amoenus is a historic former rectory building dating from the XVII century. With its newly renovated interior, you can enjoy both the stunning 16th century exterior with a modern and comfortable interior, therefore giving you the most rewarding stay. The friendly and quiet atmosphere will allow you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. One night’s stay includes breakfast (with homemade cakes), bedding and towels a housekeeping service (cleaning of room) and wi-fi. A third guest can stay for 21 euro. Breakfast will be served by Gabriella and Silvia in the tavern or in the garden under the shade of a majestic persimmon tree. The small village is located 5 km from the Lake Garda and Salò, a delightful little town situated on the stunning Lake Garda; which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy. The B&B’s location is also located less than 2 hours from the ‘Dolomiti of Brenta’ and is therefore ideal for those who enjoy walking and hiking in the mountains. For those wishing to visit cities with great art, then Verona (60 km), Venice (170 km), Brescia (30 km), Bergamo (82 km), Cremona (85 km) and Mantova (75 km) are also easily accessible. From Salò or Gardone Riviera you can reach the picturesque towns located on the Verona side of Lake Garda by ferry-boat with Navigarda service. The village offers a 50 km bike path which can be reached from Lake Garda, Lake Idro and Brescia; therefore you can enjoy the idyllic Italian landscape. The small village offers many amenities such as a small park with playground, a Benedictine church, a bar, newsstand/ tobaco shop and the prestigious acupuncture clinic. The bakery also produces a range of fresh, delicious bread, pizza and focaccia every day. Also close by (700 meters), there are two supermarkets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a pharmacy, clothing stores and many other amenities you may need during your stay.

A soli 15 minuti dall'uscita Affi dell'autostrada del Brennero. Un particolare riguardo a persone "LGTB" per le quali ho un grande rispetto e simpatia.

Our Borgo was born on a land full of traditions and passion for wine, until the 70s it was the cradle of a beautiful vineyard, which the old owner takes care of like a son. We built the Resort surrounded by a lot of green space, between the scent of acacias, firs and flowers. In questa splendida villa, con uno spettacolare panorama sul lago di Garda, ospitiamo solo due persone per offrire un'atmosfera tranquilla e curata. Dalla terrazza per la colazione la vista è incantevole e spazia fra la bellezza del lago e della montagna. La stanza matrimoniale ha accesso indipendente, bagno privato, doppio lavandino, pale a soffitto, frigobar e affaccio sull’ampio giardino e sull’elegante piscina salina (condivisa con noi), posto auto.

Il nostro B&B si trova in un paesino di campagna della Vallagarina a 1 km dalla strada statale 12. La gestione è familiare, posto tranquillo immerso nei vigneti e uliveti. La struttura offre in totale 2 stanze martimoniali separate con vista sulla valle, amplio bagno in comune , un balcone con vista giardino, un terrazzo con tavolo, giardino erboso con sdraio, piscina in estate, parcheggio auto\moto anche coperto Ottimo per bikers e famiglie.
