Green garden with big pool area and flowers. 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony.
