Enjoy sociable and spacious open-plan living in this redesigned and fully renovated single storey home. Beautifully decorated with full glass doors leading onto patio and garden with bbq and firepit and patio furniture for 9. The property features an elegant kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite and 3 further double bedrooms and separate utility space with washer and dryer. With parking for 3 cars there is plenty of outdoor and indoor space to make your stay comfortable and welcoming.

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
