There is a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax that is collected a few days prior to our guests check in date if you booked prior to January 14, 2026-it will come in the form of a "request payment" PS City ID# of PS 3959 & TOT ID# 8346.

If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.
