The Breeze Overlooking Minister's Pond

The Breeze is a luxurious, romantic cottage by a serene freshwater pond, surrounded by vibrant gardens. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and relaxing on the dock, or explore nearby trails and the Cape Cod Rail Trail with provided bikes. Ocean Edge Condo with cathedral ceilings! Beautiful private deck located on the 5th hole of the Ocean Edge golf course! Located within Eaton village. TWO KING beds, along with pullout couch allows 6 to sleep comfortably. Linens are included!! Large kitchen with washer/ dryer, AC units and heat throughout the entire unit. Wifi and THREE smart TVs with ROKU devices. Flexible dates allows guests to stay whatever length they would like instead of a mandatory week. Come enjoy!

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Classic Cape Cod Cottage

No cleaning fee! 15 min walk to the best bayside beach, Thumpertown Beach. The cottage is in a very peaceful wooded setting. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's situated on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

Barn Cottage on Minister Pond

Newly renovated cozy heated Barn Cottage (not attached to house- privacy!) on Minister Pond with dock access to canoe/ new queen size bed/equipped kitchen/large deck overlooking pond/gas grill/private yard/2 minutes to ocean or bay beaches and bike trail in National Seashore/ many local attractions, and restaurants! Please note the new 12.45% short term rental tax is now in effect and will be added to your base. Thank you
