Come enjoy our home in beautiful Buena Vista tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by thick forest. With a deck and a fully fenced front yard enjoying the outdoors is easy. Just 4 minutes to SVU and 12 minutes to VMI and W&L it is easy access to whichever campus you need. The house is also 12 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and on the edge of the Washington National Forest.There are many trails here (some even just across the street) so if you come to hike, you are in the right place!

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Our cabin is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Trail, and the James River with many outdoor activities within minutes. Our cabin will accommodate 2 people based upon septic system and rules and regulations set by Bedford County . Our cabin is not kid friendly (infant-10 y). Please message us with any questions. Come back from sightseeing or from a hike and relax in the hammock, 6 person hot tub, or by fire pit.

Beautiful custom built riverfront home on the Maury 15 minutes from Lexinton. Huge yard for playing ball with a cute little tiki bar right by the river. Direct access to one of the prettiest stretches of river in Virginia, canoes provided! Three king beds each with its own shower. A common refrain we hear is that walking into this home “feels like you’re stepping into a magazine”. Great for families with older kids or one to three couples visiting the area or making it a destination itself!
