The Tail Race....just 1 mile from Wheeler Dam

This is one of the original cabins that overlooked the tail race during construction of Wheeler Dam. It was later sold and moved to this location. The home is about 1 mile from the dam and it has a circle drive to covered parking and a 2 car pole barn. Conveniently located within minutes to many boat ramps on the Tennessee River. Within walking distance to restaurants and a few minute drive to food and gas. It has WiFi and dish and it has a well stocked kitchen. Great fishing, good neighbors.

Being located on the AL/ TN line it’s 5 minutes from Interstate 65 ,25 minutes from Huntsville, AL and 1.5 hours to both Birmingham and Nashville.

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
