You can Uber to 12th South and enjoy some of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream or eat dinner at Josephine's. Maybe, even do a little shopping? This cottage is perfectly located to make your stay in Nashville incredible!
CANCELLATIONS:
100% Refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away.
50% Refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.
RESERVATION CHANGE FEE (less than 30 days out):
If you need to CHANGE your reservation dates to a later date, you can do so at no charge if the change is made 30 days or more in advance from your original reservation check-in date. If you need to move your reservation to a later date, less than 30 days from your original reservation check-in date, there will be a $100 Reservation Change Fee.
**There is an additional $300 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**

We are minutes from the Downtown Broadway Strip and popular areas such as 12 South, the Gulch, Edgehill, and Belmont. The house is located in a diverse, mixed-income neighborhood. The street we are located on has both million dollar homes and subsidized housing. Prior guests who are not accustomed to the diversity of a booming city have expressed safety concerns due to the adjacent government housing.
