Smugglers Cottage is a 17th century 2 bed house in the heart of the ancient Cornish fishing harbour of Polperro. Cosy and comfortably furnished with harbour views. Situated directly on the South West Coast path. Beach, boat trips, pubs, shops nearby.
This is my much loved, and very simple, harbourside cottage in Polperro, Cornwall. It is available for 18 weeks a year when I am not here. There are two good sized bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with views over the Inner Harbour, and a shower room, lounge/diner with log burning stove and self-catering kitchen. Fire logs are available in the cottage for a small fee (honesty box). There is a small outside space for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the front door. I am right on the Coast Path. Smugglers Cottage has been immortalised by many artists (just internet search it) but also comes as the Lilliput Lane minature cottage Sea Shanty!
You will have the whole cottage to yourselves. Beds will be made up with linen but you will need to bring your own towels. Key Safe with code entry, leave key in safe on departure. Polperro is largely car free, but Smugglers Cottage guests get free use of my parking space, about 8 minute level walk away.

Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan
Smugglers Cottage is an old property and the steps are steep and the floors uneven. Not suitable for those with impaired mobility. We are on the working harbour, in the thick of the action, so there may be noise from vehicles and machinery on the days when the fleet are out fishing and when they return with their catch.
Smokers are welcome to smoke outside the front door but not inside the cottage. Please leave the cottage in the state you found it. Dogs are welcome with notice (for an extra cleaning charge of £20) but not in bedrooms, on furniture or left unattended. Smugglers is regrettably not suitable for the under fives due to steep stairs. Otherwise, you must enjoy yourselves! Please water the plants if you have time.
