Fisherman's House is situated on the coastal path in the village of Polperro, a great location for wonderful coastal walks, wild swimming, fishing, entertainment, food and drink. From the house you can relax, unwind and watch the world go by through the fantastic panoramic windows!!
Situated on the Quay overlooking the working Harbour. The house is fitted with all home comforts including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric heating throughout and a log burner. The shower room has a power shower and underfloor heating. If you can tear yourself away from the windows there are two flat screen TV's, one in the lounge and one in the dining room with a Blu-ray DVD player.

I live 270 miles away. However, I will take calls and help with any questions or requests. My very good Housekeeper is also available to help to the best of their ability.

Parking is provided in the price of your stay. The car park is located just as you enter the village. The House is a relaxing 10 minute/ 600m walk through the narrow streets. Wheeled suitcases strongly recommended. A luggage taxi service is availible via a 3rd party(please request details when booking)

1 Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.On paying you and your party have agreed fully and understand our terms and conditions. If you are unable to occupy the property or need to cancel your booking, please inform Airbnb and us immediately. Any refund will be at our discretion.
2. The House will be available for your occupation after 3pm on the first day of your holiday and should be vacated by 10am on the last day. Please use the property with care and consideration and remember to have respect for neighbours and other holidaymakers. We reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time provided reasonable notice is given to you. You must inform us in writing the total number in the group and the main person responsible.
3 You must keep the property clean and in good order throughout the duration of your stay and you will be responsible for any breakages or damage. We shall be entitled to claim from you the cost of remedying any breach of these obligations together with the cost of any service or goods provided.
4 We have a strict no smoking, no pets policy in the House.
5 We do not provide bath or hand towels in the House.
6 If you have any difficulties with the House or require maintenance, you should notify us first on the phone numbers provided. We will do our best to resolve any problems.
7 We may cancel bookings made if the property becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: flooding; fire; significant damage to the property; or failure of utility services to the property. We will refund to you any sums you have paid. We shall have no other liability to you.
8 We will not be liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings or any injury suffered by you or any member of your party.
9 If you commit a serious breach of these Terms we will have the right to terminate your booking and if you are already at the property we may require you to vacate it immediately. A serious breach of these Terms includes, without limitation, failure to comply with rules of the house or health and safety advice or circumstances where your behavior, or that of your guests, is likely to have a significant adverse effect upon those staying or living nearby the property. In the event of you committing a serious breach of these Terms no refund of the fees you have paid will be returnable to you.
10 Once dates of a booking have been confirmed in writing to you, they can only be changed with our agreement.
11 You must not make any fraudulent or misleading statement.
