We are sorry you had problems. We wish you had asked us, if you didn´t know the right way.
The problem was, that you didn´t use the app we showed you. At the station there is for the moment a railway construction side, so you have to look in the app, what train is going. We think, that you didn´t understand us right. The bus takes only 2 minutes and you can walk it in 10 min.
A second problem I guess was, that you didn´t had a coat. In Germany you need in winter a coat.
From our home it takes from our house to the fair incl. walking (through a green area) 30 min, incl. the little bus trip it takes 20 min.
All other guests had asked for the house number, I already asked AirBnB why the house number doesn´t show. We explained it to you, why we missed it to write the number and the way to you: We had before another booking which was cancelled. This one I sent the description. So it mixed up in my brain that a few days before I thought you have the description already, especially since you didn´t ask. On the day of the check in I had a business trip, and I told my husbund to send you the description to make it sure. But as he is not used to AirBnB he didn´t find the right way. We already begged your pardon for this many times, and we gave some compensation as coffee, fruits and so on, so we thought ist was ok.
In our house you can normally check in at any time, you asked for the check in at 9 to 10 a.m. We made that possible. You arrived at abouut 1 p.m.. If you had found the house it would have been 12 p.m..
