This is really not fair. if the one use other language that we could not understand to what they are saying about our place. so how can we solve that problems. Finally I have to ask (Hidden by Airbnb) to translate it. and see....They said if the acceptance was not good, the beach is not clean, and the hotel is far from the main road.
Oke. let's make it clear. The Airbnb should read other review from our guests before warning us. First, Our Hotel is far from main road... this is absolutely wrong. our place is only 150 meter from the main road (please check the (Hidden by Airbnb) map). To Singaraja town is only 500 meter and to Lovina tourism center is about 8 Kilometer (It takes about 15 minutes drive by car. We are very understand if Mr Pierre don't want to spent a day only to stay at hotel. They would like to go to some interesting place in Lovina, so that They asked me to hire a motorbike. I tried to contact our relation to get the bike. but the owner ask me about the International driving license from the guess to allow him renting his bike. Something that he didn't have and made him getting no bike. In other place like Amed probably they allow it, but some place in Lovina, they prevent it. otherwise they will get trouble if there are police check. I think that was make them up set and leave to Munduk.
Second, The acceptance was not good, I think it's better compare with other review from our other guess. We were welcoming well and they were also seem happy when check in. but it change when they know if they could not hire a bike. I'd offer to make trip for solution but they refuse and ask to leave and get refund. (something that we could not meet due to management rules). Third, The beach is not clean. (This is true), but the beach is not private beach that belong to us. although we have regular cleaning activities every once a week, still it could keep the beach clean, because a lot of rubbish come from river through residential area. I think that's all our explanation. Thanks for input.
