A three bedroom cottage dating back to 1720 with exposed beams and brickwork in many rooms. Full central heating complimented with a wood burning stove. The two bedrooms and are away from the main bedroom.
We would enjoy sharing our cottage with guests, in one room there is a double bed, with a television, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities and wardrobe. There are two singles in the other room with a wardrobe. We also have a travel cot should it be required. These rooms along with the upstairs WC facility is solely for the use of our guests. The main bathroom is shared with us.
Guests are welcome to and go as they please and if we can help in any way to improve the stay we will do whatever is possible to accommodate them.

My husband, Rob and I retired in April 2013 to live close the beautiful North Norfolk coast with it's lovely beaches and unhurried lifestyle. We are within a 20 minute drive of Holkham beach and Hall, along with the other beaches at Brancaster where you can see the seals basking, Holme next the Sea, Cley next the Sea and Morston Quay along with many others.
Holt, with it's unique shopping is just 10 miles, Burnham Market and Walsingham are also on our doorstep.
You can walk the coastal path, we will happily take you to your start point and pick you up at the end of your day, and there is also Peddars Way to walk along with many cycle paths and nature reserves to explore and enjoy. We have loads of information on things to see and do during your visit.
There are many excellent restraunts and pubs (again we could drop off and pick up so to could relax and enjoy your evening), but if you prefer we would happily prepare a 3 course dinner for you using local produce and considering any specific requirements. The cost for this would be £20.00 per person plus £5 per person for wine to accompany your meal.
Both Rob and I love to walk the beaches with our small dog, and our garden is home to many birds. We enjoy gardening and have an allotment where we grow our own vegetables. Weekends during the winter are reserved for Rugby Union both supporting our local sides and watching live on television. Since moving here we have both taken up bowls and during the summer play outdoors at the village club and in the winter indoors at Fakenham - 2 miles away.
