Step into comfort at this hotel-style condo, decorated with an autumnal theme. With views of the forest and village, this condo is ideal for guests seeking a low maintenance space that will still provide comfort. The kitchenette is perfect for storing take-out or just enjoying a cup of joe whenever the mood strikes. The first floor location means you'll be close to the action and won't have to walk far when you're ready to rest from a long day on the mountain.

What's nearby:
During winter, the ski lifts are only a short walk or bus trip away, via the complimentary village shuttle which stops directly outside the lodge. Select a gondola and venture up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 435 meters /1,427 feet high. It runs guests from Blackcomb over to Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay. If you're visiting at a warmer time of year, mountain bike enthusiasts will enjoy attending the Crankworx festival in August (check their website for times and location notices). The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre offers history lessons on the indigenous peoples of the area (and delicious bannock) just under one mile from the condo.

**From October 1st to May 30th, vehicles traveling to Whistler are required to have winter tires. A legal winter tire (on a standard passenger vehicle or a four-wheel/all-wheel vehicle) must have at least 3.5 mm of tread depth. A winter tire must be labeled with either of the following: the letters 'M' and 'S' (the minimum legal requirement for mud and snow/all season tires) or the three-peaked mountain/snowflake symbol. Some manufacturers label with both the mountain snowflake and the M+S symbol.

Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Parking Notes: There is paid parking for vehicles. Underground paid parking is available on site, accessible via Blackcomb Way after check-in. Parking is accessed with the code provided at check-in, which will open the parking gate. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $20 per 24 hours (including tax). Parking can be purchased via the self service machine in the lobby (it does not accept debit cards.) There is limited hourly paid parking outside the gate for day visitors. There is no vehicle maximum.

Maximum parking clearance is 6'8'. If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street under the library. Maximum height is 12'2' and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.



Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
