Welcome to Texas’ best kept secret in Downtown San Antonio, our rentals and homes in and around the center of downtown.

We are beach bums that escaped the cold and amazing wonders of Colorado to live and work in Hawaii, Florida and beautiful San Antonio, Texas. We love to travel, eat new foods, learn new languages and cultures.

Our best time is when we are hosting guests or being hosted. We love anything outdoors and love the walkability of this area of downtown San Antonio. Our free time is spent jogging/biking along the River to the Missions or the Pearl. We love tacos, seafood, Indian and Italian foods and game nights with friends.

Our motto is best described as a combination of John 3:30 and Hebrews 11. Another great motto for us is "Carpe Diem" Seize the Carpe- Haha! I mean, Day.
