Lovely, snug flat perfect for two guests looking to hide away somewhere in the middle of Falmouth, with gated parking and outside seating area overlooking the harbour.
Falmouth is well known for its waterside activities, and lively town vibe; and this flat gives great access to both. It's bang smack in the middle of the town, right on the water, and has the rarest of advantages in town - its own parking spot, which is inside a secure gated area.
Newly refurbished, it's clean, warm and comfortable, but also (hopefully) tastefully kitted out with some home comforts.
For sunny days, you won't be found wanting for access to any number of activities, safe in the knowledge that your car doesn't need to move after x number of hours. Regular activities on the main town squares are within easy walking distace, boat trips from the pier are on your doorstep, and the ferry to St Mawes less than 100 metres away.
For rainy days, there's the telly with access to Sky box sets...plus a variety of board games...and a PS3 with some old school classics...not to mention the bookshelf...or DVDs.
Lastly, I do love a good coffee, so there's a nice Nespresso machine here to be used.
Guests will have access to the flat, the deck area, plus there's also private access to the water from the car park area (down some stairs) which would be perfect for kayakers or paddle boarders. You could almost treat the pier as your own personal amenity, depending on the time of year - I'm often down there with my morning coffee in a mug looking at the boats...
The apartment is on the second floor and whilst there is a lift, it is currently awaiting some maintenance so please don't count on the lift being in operation for your visit.

On some nights, due to the central location it can get a bit noisy at kicking out time, but you can't hear a thing from the lounge at all. That said, I've lived in city centres before and this is Falmouth's version of noisy, not really 'noisy' noisy!
Little things (like asking not to wear outdoor shoes on the wooden floor) may be too much to write here; after all, you're on holiday, right?
I'd expect guests to treat the place as just that - somewhere they are a guest. It'd be nice to know that whoever stays will look after the flat so that I can come back to it and know it hasn't been trashed.
If things do get broken, or torn, or spilled on...please just tell me so I can fix it for the next guests, or for me to come home to :)
The building is a no-smoking area, so please refrain from lighting up on the deck outside, or in the flat.
