Wooowww, that's the most dishonest review I've never had. And I don't understand why everytime I asked you if everything was fine with the apartment, you were answering that everything was fine.
First nothing was broken...the AC works perfectly it's just that my cleaning guy remove the AC controller to change the battery and forgot to put it back. The sofa was not broke, it's just one leg of the sofa that was unscrewed, same thing for the faucet, it's just a small part that was unscrewed and anyway, the faucet works perfectly without that part. The funny thing is that when you told me that, I offered you to send you somebody right away to fix it and you answered me that it was not necessary because you were not using the AC and the white sofa.
About Netflix, I have an account that is already set up. Maybe somebody sign out to put his own account but in this case you should have asked me for my Netflix infos to reconnect my account...but once again you didn't say anything and complain afterward.
About the humidity, yes Miami have a humide climate that's why you need to run the AC and that's why I offered you to send you somebody to change the battery in the AC controler but you told me that it was not necessary and that coming from a cold place, you wanted to feel the heat.
At the end, it's a lot of complaint for somebody who never complaint during his stay and who left the apartment very dirty and with one set of key missing.
