The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.

Arī patreiz tur nav augstceltnes, tāpēc sajūta, kā jaukā mazpilsētā, kaut Rīgas centrālā Brīvības iela ir tikai 800m attālumā. Vietas nosaukums cēlies no tur augušām daudz priedēm ar lieliem čiekuriem. Tieši blakus mājai ir busa Nr.9 pietura, kas ved tieši uz centru, un uz ZOO un Lielāko Parku pie ezera.

It's is located in freshly developed business area 10 minutes drive to the city centre and 10 minutes walk to a bus or tram station. There is also restaurant, shopping mall and children's playground nearby the apartment. The flat is suitable for couples, families with kids and friends.

Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.
