Our property is 130 acres, 30 acres being protected Australian native bush land and wildlife. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. "The Tack Room" was completed at the beginning of 2020 and is located within the grounds of Westgate Farm, a 100 acre working horse and cattle property in Cowaramup. The open-plan, one-bedroom house has a covered terrace to the east overlooking the horse arena and enjoys panoramic views of the property and surrounding countryside.
