Wile the house capacity is for 20 plus sleeping guest. We allowed 10 guest for The listed price and extra $20 per guest per day, up to 18. You will see a different beautiful (SEA) sunset every single day, from the big patio under a nice canopy, surrounded by lights and warming gas and wood fire pits and direct beach exit.
