Situated just 10 miles from Padstow, Menhay Cottage really is in a prime location. Close enough to enjoy the beautiful Cornish beaches but far enough to escape the commotion of other holiday makers. Menhay is a converted old milking parlour once part of a working farm converted in 2007. Originally purchased as a holiday home to escape the hustle and bustle of London, but due to being rarely used by the owners, they have decided to rent out this little piece of heaven for others to enjoy.

Inside is cosy with all you need for a blissful escape, including a logburner and sumptuous double bed. It has a private chalet with fully-equipped kitchen, with indoor seating area. Relax on the covered wooden patio, enjoy a barbecue and toast marshmallows on the fire pit as the sun sets. Up to 2 dogs welcome.

SHEPHERDS HUT TRANQUIL SETTING 20 MINS FROM BEACH

Hand built and designed by local craftsmen, with no near neighbours other than my house. Beautiful views over the valley and situated next to a lake which boasts a variety of wildlife including Kingfishers Geese Moorhens & Ducks. Only 20 minutes from many beaches on the North & South coast. The hut contains a shower and toilet woodburning stove mini kitchen and a comfy kingsize bed. Outside area with BBQ secure parking and there's a boiler room/garage for storing bikes and boards.
