Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. Il Nido di Modica è un'antica casetta molto particolare con una vista spettacolare sul centro storico, completamente ristrutturata seguendo scrupolosamente lo stile dell'epoca. Dalla muratura all'arredamento è un immersione totale nella Modica di fine '800 e inizi del '900, per di più incastonata e integrata perfettamente all'interno del quartiere Cartellone, un luogo senza tempo arroccato sulla collina di fronte a San Giorgio con un groviglio di viuzze pedonali che rimandano al medioevo.
