Andy's Home Cottage is an Official Tourism Northern Ireland 4 star rated establishment. Our beautiful cottage is a newly refurbished traditional space with quirky vintage decor. A tranquil country escape a short distance from the infamous Mourne Mountains. It has a large garden which is ideal for relaxing in the sun and a patio for socialising in the country air. Amazing landscape views from every corner! We are very proud to be a part of the Dogs Welcome Scheme and the Walkers Welcome Scheme!

Ferryhill Cottage

Had a revamp in Feb’25 to brighten, freshen and update the cottage. Solar panels fitted in August’25. Close to Omeath on the Irish side of the border, it lies between Newry & Carlingford. A quiet location, lovely ambiance & plenty of outdoor space. A car is a necessity. Great for couples, solo adventurers, walkers, golfers and cyclists or just to disconnect from the chaos. Not set up for child safety. It offers a work from home alternative with very good wifi connectivity supporting video calls

Moneydarragh Cottage - hot tub available for hire

Moneydarragh Cottage is the perfect get away where you will enjoy superb views and total relaxation. Hottub available for hire (£120 for first 2 nights £20 each additional night) wood fired and covered in so you can relax and soak no matter the weather. Contact direct to book. Closed in rear patio makes it a safe space for children and pets. Situated 1 mile from the quaint harbour village of Annalong. Kilkeel and Newcastle close by so loads to do. A perfect base for walking the mountains.

Roseanne's Seaside Cottage

A traditional Irish cottage right on the seashore. You can't get closer to the sea than this! Situated in Whitestown about 5km from the busy village of Carlingford with shops, traditional Irish music pubs and choice of excellent restaurants and activities. Inside has a newly renovated interior, wood burning stove and is snug all year round with central heating. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves, explore the beach every day, walk the coastline, and drop into the infamous Lily Finnegans Pub.

Rostrevor an area of outstanding beauty on Carlingford Lough. With views across the Mourne mountains and Cooley peninsula. Water Cottage is situated in the village beside the Fairy glen. The cottage dates from the 1700's with south facing landscaped rear walled garden with beautiful mountain and church views. Newly modernised and extended to a high standard. The cottage offers spacious luxury accommodation and is a quiet idilic retreat a 2 min walk from the bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

A spacious 1-bedroom cottage and less than a 2 minute walk from the village located in a tranquil coastal setting breathtaking views of Slieve Foy mountain, Carlingford harbour and surrounding countryside. A little haven with a large living/dining room with fire/stove, leading to separate kitchen with small walled raised garden in yard. Large open landing upstairs leads to outdoor private balcony, double bedroom and bathroom with unrestricted views of mountain, forests and medieval walls.

Refurbished 2 bedroom barn offering comfortable self catering accommodation. There is generous private parking available, a fully contained garden and bbq area. A separate utility/wet room and a locked store for guest use. The barn is furnished to a very high standard and tastefully decorated. Gracey's barn is situated in an excellent location close to the Mourne Mountains and Slieve Gullion, 40 minutes from Belfast and 70 minutes from Dublin City Centre.

Its a perfect base to enjoy the many walking trails the area has to offer or just kick back and relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
