Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Ovaj prekrasni apartman smješten je na prizemlju Ville Matea. Sastoji se od tri sobe, dvije sobe ijmaju bračni krevet, a jedna soba ima dva kreveta za jednu osobu . Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena, blagavaonica je povezana sa dnevnim boravkom te se nudi mogućnost izlaska na terasu. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti. Isto tako, ležaljke i suncobrani su besplatni i gosti su ih slobodni korisiti. Cijeli objekt je ograđen ogradom.
