Condo 36 is 1320 SQ FT, is a one level unit with ground level entry. It faces the fishing pond and the number 9 green. There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Total Occupancy is 8 (6 adults max). There is a washing machine and Dryer, central air and heat a drip coffee maker and wireless Internet. The back deck faces the fishing pond and has a gas grill. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit, there is a $1000.00 fine for unauthorized pets.
