Located just 5 minutes from Rutherfordton Hospital, 13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon. This is a garden level condo with a place above you so you may hear footsteps. Also, we had to install an up-flush system for the plumbing so you will hear the motor briefly as it pushes the water up.

Located in Downtown Forest City this charming apartment, built in 2023, is within walking distance to Main Street for festivals, Christmas lights, Carriage Rides and all Forest City has to offer. POPS Pavilion venue is nearby as well as walking and biking on the paved rail trail. The suite has a separate entrance through the private deck at the side of the house and no shared areas with the primary home. Our cleaning fee is high- because we drain and refill the hot tub in between each guest. Save $80 by opting out of the hot tub!
