Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Our cottage is featured i n Terry John Woods "Summer House" as a quintessential cottage of Maine. Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

This open concept small space has a well appointed kitchen (hosted by a fine cook with all expected condiments to share) and ability to seat 12. Gather the family with large smart tv, wicked fast WiFi and Alexa echo studio sound system.

Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, leaf peeping, skiing, and visiting scenic towns, local vineyards and breweries — or simply relaxing in a beautiful lakefront setting. Our Coastal Cottage is the perfect home for a small family or couple looking to escape to the Maine Seacoast. Located in a quaint residential neighborhood within harbor view, this cottage has a relaxing farmers porch, a BBQ grill, 2 full bathrooms and is within a 45 second walk to Kittery Foreside; a small downtown area with shops and restaurants. Our cottage was tastefully decorated by a professional interior designer and comes with smart TV's in every room.

Old Orchard Beach & solid restaurant options are within 5-10 min drive.

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.
