“If you have a car I highly recommend you to go here. The food is insanely good. They do a lot of Piemontese dishes that are slightly jazzier than the traditional versions. Fantastic selection of wines. Get the pancia di maiale (pork belly) and the lingua! Most amazing Aperol Spritz, no idea how they do it. 20 minutes by car, it's on the way from Bra to Barolo (fabulous ride through the winescape, I think the road is UNESCO world heritage)”
