Go to Elsie and Ronald as soon as you can. Cosy, peaceful, great area and well equiped. Fab vintage feel and loved the ducks.

A great little find - it seems unfair to call 'Elsie' a shepherds hut! The hut was warm, really comfortable and Sarah clearly has a good sense of style! The bathroom is only a quick walk (less than 20m away) and was also spotless. It was also nice being right by the active riding school so there was plenty going on to watch whilst not being at all noisy. Taxi's are a little hard to come by but the red lion at little Compton was great and is only about a mile and a half walk. Special mention to the breakfast 'hamper' too - really nice. We'll definitely be back (and having seen our photos so will some of our friends!)

If you are looking for a relaxing trip away with comfort this is the place. It was an amazing experience, the cabin was extremely clean, was decorated amazingly and was extremely comfortable. Sarah was a brilliant host and was there when needed. The surroundings were great and a ton of walk able routes. Already planning our next visit there.

Great space, ideal for 2 people, had everything we needed, nice and quiet, very clean,comfortable bed, amicable host, overall a very good stay!

Patricia and Sarah's place was amazing, the hut didn't feel cramped like they often do and so long as you have a car or bikes there loads to do in the area. The farm itself was beautiful and we were given the option to go riding on the horses (unfortunately we didnt find the time to actually do so). Patricia and Sarah were very accommodating and quick respond to any questions or queries we had. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my boyfriend loved our 1 night stay in Ronald, only wished we could have stayed longer. The hut is in a beautiful peaceful field with stunning views. Very clean, cosy and warm with all the essintials. The shower and toilet that were just through the gate was also clean and warm. Communication with sarah ans Patricia was very good and we managed to catch them for hellos and goodbyes. We were also welcomed in to the riding school to see all their beautiful horses. We will deffinitly be coming back and have already recommended it to others! :)

Pamela was a lovely host; we were warmly greeted and the place is as pictured. There are plenty of creature comforts and the bed was really comfortable. She cooked my friend and I an amazing breakfast and was great to chat to about the local area. We had a car (which was really handy) and explored the area, Pam gave us the tip to visit a luxurious farm shop which was a real treat (Daylesford). We also went horse riding near by which was a great adventure if you're looking for fun activities.

We only had one night in Pam's Coach House but it was such a comfortable stay and everything was so clean and accessible. Wish we could have stayed longer! Pam was very friendly and helpful and gave us endless amount of recommendations for places to eat and villages to visit during our holiday in England. The beauty products that she had in the main bedroom were so beautiful to use also. The cooked breakfast was amazing - felt so spoilt!! Would definitely return.

This is an excellent place to stay. Pamela and her family were lovely, very welcoming, and gave great advice about activities/places to visit. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. The breakfast was delicious, and the home baked cookies a lovely touch. The bedroom is spacious and inviting. Everything was very clean. The outdoor area is beautiful. Our son loved looking at the fish in the little stream, playing with the dogs and cat. We give this place a 10/10.

Pamela was lovely and very accommodating as we needed an earlier check in. She was there with a smile to welcome us and was very helpful with directions too. Breakfast was lovely, house was warm (amazing as we had very cold days) and the beds VERY comfy topped up by great bedding! Would come back certainly! Small touches make all the difference!

The pod was well equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ was great and tea/coffee/milk much appreciated. Perfect location for lots of lovely places in the Cotswolds. I would add that although the view from the front of the pod is of a nice field, the pod is very much situated on a quarry (backs on to this) which makes the BBQ area and general placement much less scenic. Although there was machinery around, there was no undue noise or anything, it just came as a bit of a surprise.

We enjoyed your eco hut. Quite comfortable for three. thank you! The Greedy Goose next-door was a great place to hang out.

We really enjoyed our stay at the eco pod. Used the BBQ almost every night. There was a private shower and bathroom house for the eco-pod users, but the main camping facilities were fine (and because it wasn't that crowded it was almost as private!). Stephen was a very nice host, when we arrived he came to make sure we had everything and left us to do our thing. The eco pod came with all these things and is good for people who enjoy comfort and still have a bit of the camping-feel. The town Moreton is really cute and there's lots of nice things to see.

L'estada a la cabanya-bungalow ha estat molt tranquil·la i acollidora, fins i tot ens ha costat una mica trobar el lloc perquè el cartell d'entrada és petit. El "pod" es troba situat en una finca agrícola arreglada per a l'aparcament d'autocaravanes, amb una gran extensió de gespa davant i una pedrera darrera, on hi hem trobat alguns fòssils. Erem quasi sols, perquè era al maig entre setmana. Malgrat no hem pogut conèixer el Stephen, tot ha anat sobre rodes per entrar al bungalow. Estava molt net i acollidor, amb el llit preparat, i tot el necessari per fer-se un bon tè. Els sanitaris estaven nets, en un petit edifici adjacent. Aquest lloc és molt còmode per dormir i una excel·lent adreça per fer-hi una etapa. Una adreça per recomanar en la visita dels paisatges dels Cotswolds!

Lovely little place. Nice & warm & cosy. Didn't realise it was in front of a quarry so was a nice surprise to see that if you're interested in that sort of thing. Would stay again in the summer for a couple of nights. It was so quiet at night you could hear a pin drop. Lovely evening meal at the Greedy Goose before stumbling back to the pod. Highly recommend to you outdoorsy types

Lovely comfortable stay in a spacious barn which felt deep in the countryside, but which was surprisingly accessible from London. As a group of friends, the dorm room set-up was a little unusual, but worked well for us. Beautiful property in immaculate condition

Super pleasant house and hosts. Beautiful location. We were two families staying together. Each couple had their own en-suite double room, and the kids had the huge dorm room which they loved! The kitchen is really nicely equipped and the dining room and living room with the fire place are a luxury comfort. A great weekend !

A great spot - perfect for our large group of two couples and five children. It was a prefect layout for us, with two ensuite bedrooms upstairs, large open kitchen/dining/living area on the main floor, and a huge room with five beds for the kids downstairs. The house is super bright and full of light, very comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice enclosed courtyard. The surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommended, this was one of the top Airbnb's in our five months of travel.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The barn was absolutely beautiful, exteremely spacious, and well equipped. It's situated perfectly - great for walks, and not too far from pubs. Jon and Lizzie were so helpful from beginning to end!

Absolutely fantastic house, which has been beautifully restored. The standard of the house was high, with well finished bathrooms and lovely kitchen. Lizzy and John were wonderful hosts and so helpful with everything. We were with a large group with 3 young children. The house was perfect for all of us.

The apartment was bright, clean and well presented and the breakfast left for us was a real treat. The host was very accommodating as we arrived late. It's a great location and there are some beautiful walks close by. Also very conveniently located for Oxford.

Great getaway place, amazing location and awesome facilities.

We had a pleasant stay at Patricia's little farm flat. Plenty of room for a couple, was nice and cosy with a number of heaters around the place to keep us warm. Kitchen facilities were great and having a dishwasher was handy. Fresh eggs and croissants provided for breakfast however shops are only about a 10min drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pat was a lovely host and the Stable apartment is a fantastic choice for anyone wishing to stay in the Cotswolds. Very well situated for any of the local sights. The apartment itself is very cosy and well equipped. I would certainly recommend staying here and will do again myself the next time I fancy another weekend away.

Really lovely little cabin. The milk and choccies were an unexpected suprize. It has everything you need for tea/coffee and all the plates and cutlery needed for a good BBQ. I would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay! We loved it and will definitely be going back again. Fully equipped, Stephen had thought of everything, we couldn't have asked for more. The pod was plenty big enough for our family of four and the dog too, bathroom facilities were very clean, as was the kitchen area for washing up etc. Great location for exploring the Cotswolds, would highly recommend!

This is a great little get away!The pods have everything you need in them. (tea,coffee, milk and some yummy chocolates) There was firewood and a little fire pit to sit out under the stars. Toilets were lovely and clean, with facilities to wash up etc. The pods are situated within walking distance of the Chastleton House, Which is a great little walk in the English country side. And if you fancy some lovely pub food the Greedy Goose is situated just next to the camping area. Our weekend was lovely!

This is a beautiful house. We have a car and it is very easy to park and safe. There are two rooms and it is very nice for us 3 people. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We can't wait to visit Chris's place again.

Richard was an impeccable host and made our stay in Long Compton completely amazing. Vicarage Barn is everything it promises to be and so much more. It's hard to do justice to it, but they have done such an incredible job in designing the space and equipping it to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

Beautifully converted and appointed barn in a fantastic location. Lovely big windows let in the light and the views. Plenty of space for two couples or a family. Our host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We'd love to come back!

My husband and I stayed in Richards barn with my parents and our 1 year old daughter. We had an absolutely fabulous stay and all said we would love to stay in Richards barn if we visit the area again. The space was plenty big enough for all of us and the rooms were far apart so my parents couldn't hear my daughter in the night! The place was beautiful and the master bedroom was big enough to have a travel cot in and it could be placed in a nook in the corner which made it quieter and darker for our baby. It was perfectly positioned to enjoy lots of fab child friendly activities all just a short drive away. Richard was excellent and very quick to communicate and help us with any issues. Thanks Richard for a great stay!

The barn lies at the end of a very long drive in the middle of fields. It's been converted and furnished exquisitely. There is every home comfort. The wifi is excellent and survived my kids attempts to exhaust it. Long Compton is close to outstanding walks. Richard is an excellent host and the house was extremely clean. There was a lovely basket of food on arrival including good coffee, wine and croissant. There was even a gift for the dog. Thanks for such lovely accommodation.

When we walked in and took shoes off the first thing we noticed was the warm floors from the underfloor heating - what a treat! On exploring the barn, it was just as the photos and description promised. What a find! Wonderful location meant different villages for cream teas and dinners. Thank you for a wonderful few days - perfect escape from London!

An astonishing place to stay—this converted farmhouse was modern, well-maintained, and welcoming. Once you've found it (arriving during daylight and asking for landmarks instead of trusting apps helps considerably with orienting yourself), it immediately starts to feel like a rustic home with a wide-open kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace. Hikes and sights and great food are short drives away and there are extensive recommendations provided. We stayed for a wonderful long weekend with our 10-month-old and were thankful for such caring, attentive hosts. Would love to come back.

The barn was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. Travel cot was provided meaning we could reduce our luggage. The barn was nice and warm and i highly recommend the place for families. You need a car to get around.

We had a fantastic stay at Juley's and would recommend staying here. The house is very comfortable and finished to a high standard. The grounds are great for young children. Juley was excellent with communication and very helpful.

FANTASTIC! My partner & I (aged 25-30) went to Laura & Nigel's for the weekend and had an absolutely wonderful visit to the Cotswold's. The standard of accommodation is second to none- the interior design is beautiful and way above expectations. Upon arrival we were made very welcome, provided with fresh farm eggs, homemade fudge, locally produced honey and breakfast croissants- thank you! Prior to the trip correspondence with Laura & Nigel was extremely helpful with recommendations and planning for our weekend. We hired bikes from the local bike shop, Ty's cycles, it was a door step service (drop off and collect from the cottage). We cycled to nearby villages which were all beautiful, we visited Kingham, Bledington and Stow-on-the-Wold all in one day without feeling rushed. Brilliant that we were able to take our dog with us, lots of local walks, Laura recommended a specific walk to us during our stay and the views were beautiful. If your looking to relax it is perfect- the patio doors from the bedroom open out onto the private terrace where we enjoyed a very leisurely breakfast. There is a beautiful log fire in the lounge where you can curl up and watch TV or read a book. The kitchen amenities are fantastic, there is everything you could possibly need. Overall we had a brilliant time and I highly recommend Stable Cottage- you will not be disappointed! I have already passed the details on to my siblings, mum & dad and my grandparents, totally suitable for all age ranges! Thank you Nigel & Laura.

We had a short stay at Cotsworld and absolutely loved staying at Laura's place. The cottage is quite upscale and beautiful with all amenities required for holiday . Thank you Laura, we will definitely be returning to stay again :)

We enjoyed enjoyed a couple of nights away at Laura and Nigel's place. It's an ideal base to explore The Cotswolds and Oxfordshire from. The place was really nice and well equipped with everything you would want or need for a stay away from home. Wifi, wood burner, fire pit, king sized bed, coffee maker, welcome hamper with granola, honey, fudge and milk, not to mention fresh eggs in the morning. Nigel and Laura provided some really useful tips about where to go for food etc and were really welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Laura and Nigel's place was just as described and pictured. It's cozy and rustic but also modern. Everything is brand new, as it's been newly renovated with state of the art kitchen appliances, rain shower head, towel warmers, and a comfy bed. If you want a nice retreat in the English countryside, this is a fantastic choice. Also Laura and Nigel were nothing but nice with questions and recommendations. They even shared eggs from their own chickens!

If only there was a six star rating! This place is absolutely perfect. Laura and Nigel have put so much effort and thought into every aspect of this cottage. It was warm, comfortable and so enjoyable. We were given a lovely welcome and there was local honey, granola, milk, eggs, croissants and sweets waiting for us. The cottage is tastefully designed, perfectly clean and there were fresh flowers to top it off. We cannot fault this place and would recommend it without hesitation to absolutely everyone. Don't think twice, just book.

Abbiamo trascorso il fine settimana a casa di Laura e c'è piaciuto molto. Il cottage in sé è bellissimo e aveva tutto il necessario. Laura era perfetto padrone di casa - niente di niente era troppo fastidio. Lei ha risposto ai messaggi in modo rapido e ci ha fornito una serie di ottimi consigli di cose da fare nella zona locale. Grazie Laura, ci torneremo sicuramente al più presto possiamo :)
