This wagon is a great quirky place to stay in a lovely location, Julia was so helpful and a brilliant host, would 100% recommend to a friend!

We had a great stay in the Wagon. It is lovingly restored as well as comfortable. We had horrible weather, but fortunately the heater kept us toasty during the evenings. It is set in a beautiful garden which we enjoyed sitting in, a proper country cottage! Julia was very welcoming and helpful with our queries. The Wagon is in a good location to explore this area of Norfolk -close to Holt and the coast. We look forward to returning in the summer.

Julia was a fantastic host, meeting us on arrival and giving us tips for places to visit. The location is beautiful and the wagon was splendid. I'm 6'2" and fitted very comfortably in the bed, with room to spare - so that was a bonus. I brought my partner here for a surprise birthday weekend, and it did not disappoint. Very well located for visiting top sites in North Norfolk.

We had a great few days staying in the Showman's Wagon set within Julia's fabulous garden. The Wagon is clean and cosy and we had everything we needed. A perfect place to stay in North Norfolk!

Julia's wagon is a wonderful retreat in a beautiful country setting. She has equipped the wagon and surrounding area with many thoughtful touches. At the last minute, we changed our plans from renting a car to using public transit. It is a lovely 20 minute walk from the nearest bus stop; just mind the narrow roads and the bus schedule depending on when you are coming and going. We also utilized taxi services, which should be pre-booked.

What a find!!! Julia has renovated the wagon beautifully, and it is very comfortable and homely, with enough storage space so it doesn't get cluttered. We were lucky with the weather, so were also able to make the most of the fantastic cottage garden, and sat and had barbecues and fires in the evenings. Julia was the perfect hostess, being very friendly and hospitable, whilst also giving us our own space. The location was great for a quiet weekend in the countryside, within easy reach of busier towns and the coast. Julia had left plenty of information about the local area, and was very helpful with any further questions we had and for recommendations of places to eat and drink. We hope to come back to explore more and see the garden full of the summer vegetables that were being planted! Thank you very much for making our weekend away special, it was just perfect for us! Fantastic stay at the magical showman's wagon. Julia is a lovely host. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful garden.

We had a great time in Julia's wagon. Perfect for a couple, cosy and cute but with everything you need. She even provided tea, coffee, milk, salt and pepper on our arrival. The BBQ is great fun for cooking your dinner if you want something other than microwaved/ toasted, and you can get coals in the nearby coop. That's about 5 minutes by bike, probably 10-15 walking. The garden and surroundings are beautiful, and because it's at one end of the garden you feel quite secluded. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Tony and Christine's place as a family with two young children and were very happy. We received a lovely warm welcome with home-made cake and breakfast items provided. The cottage is cosy but very light and has some tasteful touches. The beds were really comfortable and the kids were able to spend time in the little garden with some outdoor toys which was great. Tony and Christine were very friendly throughout the booking process and communication response time was fast. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The bungalow reflects the hosts artistic nature and is full of art with an eclectic touch. Everything was there to make a stay enjoyable it was like a home from home. Sadly we were unable to use the garden as we had awful weather but had it been dry the small garden outside would have been great to sit out for meals or evening drink. Private parking outside the bungalow was good. The bakery/ butchers in the village is excellent! Our hosts were available if needed but were not instruive!

Lovely place to stay, great location for all attractions. Hosts were lovely and friendly and on hand if we needed anything.

Tony and Christine were delightful hosts, full of great tips about where to visit in the local area. Briston is the perfect village to get away for a few days of rest. The cottage is spacious, well equipped and very clean. There is plenty to do in the local area and we would book again without hesitation.

Ben's place was exactly what we needed with 3 decent sized bedrooms, kitchen table, bath. It is just as in the pictures. I think they forgot the milk for our stay, but actually the shop round the corner was open 7am-10pm (which would have been helpful to note in the welcome letter). Also the living room rug was covered in dog hair. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

There were a few issues with getting in to the property and a couple of others. People should be aware that the property is in a very busy residential street opposite a kebab shop.

It has all you need for a family in the home and not far from interesting places to visit . There is a fish and chip shop on the corner, a local shop and other take aways near

Ben's place is in a pretty village with a couple of take aways and a butchers. It's a 30 min drive to the beach. The cottage is lovely, very spacious, well equipped and clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to any families. Ben was a great host thank you very much.

We enjoyed our stay in Anvil cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Ben was a heipful host, leaving information about the local amenities for us to make the most of our trip.

We found it very easy to stay in the cottage. The rooms are a good size, plenty of cupboard and drawer space; decent size kitchen. Also good location in the village, close to the few shops (great butchers) and easy to walk our dog. As described. All the information we needed was provided on arrival.

This little cottage is perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast and is so pretty and comfortable for two people. We had a wonderful stay and were very much made to feel at home. Will return again if ever in Norfolk.

My husband and I had a really comfortable and relaxed weekend staying Stody Hall. Shepherds Rest was perfect for us with a lovely outdoor space to eat breakfast on a morning. Michael and family provided lots of local recommendations and we were able to enjoy the local area, including the North Norfolk coast, on our bikes easily from this location. Perfect!

Beautifully situated in the Norfolk countryside, the owners have created a wonderful holiday cottage, thoughtfully equipped with everything you'd need - and more besides. We were warmly welcomed by Michael and Nicola - the perfect hosts. The breakfast hamper was a special treat complete with eggs from their own hens. Watch out for the barn owl floating past in the evening too!

Michael greeted us and showed us to the let personally. He was extremely friendly and had a good sense of humour. He was kind enough to provide us with local taxi numbers and provided the most fantastic breakfast hamper. We have fallen in love with real eggs again after Michael left us them plus local bread and fresh apple juice! Lovely location - the jewel of the area.

A very comfortable, clean and superbly decorated cottage, ideally located for trips across the North Norfolk coast. Michael is a wonderful host and we really enjoyed the local produce he kindly provides to all his guests. Furthermore the private terrace is an ideal setting for an evening bbq watching the sun set across the fields. Simply put, a first rate Airbnb experience - i highly recommend.

The yurt is fantastic. A simple but complete setup which provides everything you need. A very comfortable bed and cosy yurt pairs with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom facility. In an easy to access location with lots of nearby gems you will not be disappointed during your stay. The hosts are lovely and will go above and behind to ensure your stay is as good as it can be. Please book it so you can have as good an experience as my partner and I did.

what a magical place! Maya and Simon gave us the warmest of welcomes, and we had a fabulous time relaxing by the fire and curled up in the amazingly comfortable bed in the yurt. Such a peaceful break from reality, and so great to be camping and have a hot shower in the morning!

Maya and Simon are incredibly friendly and helpful - explaining in great detail how to work all of the amenities in the yurt area. The yurt itself was amazing: set in a secluded woodland spot, the yurt is shielded from the outside world - perfect for getting away from it all. You are completely set up for everything that you need - from a comfortable double bed with a wood burning stove, to a warm shower. The kitchen is set within its own shed and is fully equipped to cook your own meals, with a stove and all cutlery, plates, pans etc, including all little extras such as teabags and even a mini bottle of wine. The camp area is breathtaking at night: the solar lights are illuminated and, along with the numerous tea lights and lamps, you really feel like you have been transported to some magical, other-worldly place. In short, we cannot recommend this yurt enough - it was such an amazing experience that we enjoyed immensely. Thank you.

We would highly recommend this yurt. Maya and Simon were very welcoming, showed us round and how to use everything eg shower, kitchen etc. We managed to pick a very hot day for our stay so we didn't use the fires but there is a fire pit outside and a wood burner inside the yurt. The attention to detail was fantastic, they have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! The setting is so peaceful and relaxing. We loved all the eco facilities and the kitchen is really well equipped, we wish we'd bought something to cook! This is a fantastic place to spend some time in nature and relax. We hope to visit again soon!

Had a wonderful stay at the Yurt. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating and the area was tranquil. The site holds all the amenities you need, and is idea for a break away from the rest of the world. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the yurt. Maya and Simon met us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable and knew all we needed to before leaving us to settle into our home for the night. They really care about their guests experience and have gone above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of so you have all you need to just relax and enjoy. We loved preparing our meals in the cute kitchen and stargazing under the night sky by the fire. We were so lucky with the weather! The whole experience was amazing and such a perfect way to spend time in nature. We will be back for sure and I'm already recommending the yurt to others!

Il casolare si trova in una strada tranquilla nella campagna a pochi chilometri da Holt e un breve tragitto in auto oa piedi per il villaggio più vicino con negozio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la zona intorno Holt e abbiamo trovato un sacco di do.The casolare si trova in un bel giardino perfetto per una corsa intorno o giocare con mazze e palline. I letti erano molto confortevoli ei piumoni e cuscini di buona qualità. Abbiamo dovuto portare il nostro biancheria da letto e da bagno. Il padrone di casa, Deborah, era un buon comunicatore e abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno.

My boyfriend and I spent a lovely long weekend at Deborah's cottage near Holt. The cottage is on a very quiet country lane surrounded by rolling fields, so is perfect for relaxing and getting away from everything. It was a great base for exploring Norfolk from and we were provided with all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. There is a lovely, spacious garden which is a great space to sit with a book and watch the sun go down (the hammocks were a great bonus!) and the BBQ is ideal for those long summer evenings. Having a car is a must for exploring the area. There are some great pubs in the local area, but make sure you book in advance on a weekend as they get busy! Deborah was a fantastic host and provided us with all of the information we needed plenty of time in advance.

Deborah was very helpful, flexible and welcoming. It must be slightly nerve-wracking letting such a special house to strangers - it's as lovely as it looks in photos - but she achieved an admirable balance of on-call and hands-off! The house, as well as being beautiful and comfortable (great mattresses!), is equipped with good cooking gear and practical bits. It would be a lovely place to stay for a whole week. The location is fantastic: inland enough to feel like countryside; close enough to beautiful bits of the coast for a seaside holiday. Brilliant area for foodies. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

A very cute place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Norfolk immensely. Some big positives - lovely size bedrooms with great duvets and pillows; the cottage is tucked away and well looked after, so perfect for people who want a rural retreat; Deborah was very straight forward to deal with and helped wherever she could. While the kitchen is a bit on the wee side, the only real downside was the bathroom, which needs a good shower (rather than a shower attachment) and some decent water pressure. All in all you'll be well looked after!

Laburnum cottage felt like a real home. It just did what it said on the packet. It was a tight fit for 4 people in the kitchen and bathroom, but the bedrooms were good. I liked the sparce furnishings upstairs. nothing that wasn't needed - I found this restful. The location was perfect with great walks just out of the door, really quiet and no traffic. A really authentic place

Very nice location pretty cottage style property in a quiet little village . My host was very amenable ,as I was seeing old friends I did not arrive until late in the evening and that was no problem to them. Warm clean room with a big comfortable bed And I was greeted with tea and biscuits. Breakfast was available and in a very pleasant setting. I would thoroughly recommend this to other visitors

We had the luck of finding and the pleasure of staying for my boyfriends birthday at Chris' wonderfully restored and beautifully located 'Signal Box'. After following clear and concise directions through the norfolk countryside we arrived at the beautiful farm estate the Signal Box is within. Parked in our designated space and made ourselves quickly at home! We were provided with arrival instructions and left to make ourselves at home initially which was perfect. Chris was incredibly accommodating and let us know if we needed anything he'd be happy to help. We were given and had at our disposal lots of information of both the Signal Box itself and the local area. Overall a lovely birthday weekend had at a simply stunning location to which we will most certainly be returning!

The Signal Box is perfect for a country getaway, with beautiful villages surrounding it, and the beach within half an hour drive along great country homes. The accommodation was immaculately clean and perfect for two people to get away from it all

We've had a great stay in an incredibly peaceful and quiet location. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and the accommodation was finished to a very high standard with all we needed, including a welcome hamper with some great local produce. The location was superb, with lots of lovely countryside and coast on the doorstep for walking, bird-watching and sight-seeing. A fabulous place for winding down, recharging the batteries and taking in the fresh air!

Quiet, comfortable, immaculate and clean. Plenty of provisions for breakfast (and packed lunches) all stocked neatly away in a superb mini kitchen cupboard! (Very impressed with that). My friend and I had a fantastic stay at the b&b. The accommodation was compact but extremely well designed to ensure it met all our needs. The breakfast and lunch snacks provided were delicious and we loved coming home to see what treats we had to look forward to for the following day. Stephen was extremely welcoming and knowledgable about the area and his dog Honey was beautiful. I would happily stay here again and the location is ideal for visiting all of the beaches, towns and villages along the north coast. A perfect relaxing getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Mary's cottage which is as spotless and perfect as it appears in the photos, in real life. Mary made a special effort to set up a travel cot prior to our arrival which we appreciated, as we did the treats for both us and the dog on arrival! Highly recommend this lovely little stay away.

Mary's cottage is a beautiful little place to get a nice relaxing break. The cottage is lovely and cozy and Mary herself is so kind and very welcoming! The location was great and not far away from places to visit. We went to Wells next the sea, which if anyone has a dog it's a great day out as the beach is dog friendly and absolutely breathtaking! We would definitely recommend Mary's cottage and only wish we were still there burning logs on the wood burner!

Very relaxing two night break in cosy, clean and well equipped cottage. Great base to explore area. Mary was very welcoming and wine much appreciated- just the thing for sitting out in the snug in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay in Briston. The flat is private and very comfortable. It's an easy distance from some beautiful parts of Norfolk, as well as being really comfortable with our one year old cavapoo puppy dog.

We came to Norfolk for a wedding and Chris and Debbie provided a home from home. The ensuite room is attached to the main house but annexed to provided privacy. In the morning warm croissants and tea was left outside our room, at a pre arranged time, which we were able to eat in a sun trap of a garden. There are several taxi companies in the area but to prevent any issues it is worth booking ahead. Chris and Debbie are very friendly and we only wish that we had spent more time at Stone Cottage.

A perfect place to stay if you would like to explore North Norfolk. The room was cute, warm and very cosy indeed. We would recommend a stay here for anybody that is looking for a chilled weekend getaway. 10/10.....

Pleasant, helpful hosts. Debbie and Christopher's house is set in a lovely area easily accessible to the coast and tourist attractions with a car. The room is well decorated and clean with a lovely shower. Breakfast was generous and tasty and we enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden watching the birds while we enjoyed the delicious croissants

Warm friendly reception. Approx 3 miles from Holt, host managed to get us a dinner reservation at short notice on the day of our arrival at an excellent seafood restaurant. They were happy to help with any queries. Privacy and setting is great. Everything brand spanking new and clean.

We greatly enjoyed our four nights stay with Sharon at the Old Chapel. Sharon is a very friendly host, she warmly welcomed us and showed us around, before leaving us to enjoy the tranquility of the place. The chapel was presented very tidy, the place offers all the mod cons a city dweller could need, combined with the rustic beauty and charm of country side living. A perfect and peaceful retreat from a busy city life! The place easily sleeps 4 people, but could host up to 6 people. We can only highly recommend a stay in this charming place and would love to visit again one day!

We really enjoyed staying at the Old Chapel. We have two young children, and the place was just the right size for the four of us. It felt really cosy with heating from the range in the kitchen and underfloor heating in the bathroom made it feel very luxurious. Sharon was very welcoming and relaxed, though we hardly saw her during our stay we knew we could reach her next door if we needed anything. Situated at the end of the lane we had a beautiful view of the ancient woods which we could walk into, and cycle through. It was very quiet, except for the wonderful chorus of birds. The village itself doesn't have a shop but there was one about five minutes drive away. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to see you again!

We enjoyed two nights staying at Sharon's welcoming home. After some initial confusion about our arrival date Sharon was soon showing us round the property, explaining how the heating, the oven and the fire worked. Sharon was very friendly, and happy to answer all our questions, and offer tips on the local area, but was also happy to just leave us to settle in and explore the house ourselves. Top marks! We would happily stay with Sharon again, the house was quirky, comfortable and came with everything we could need for a short break and more. The area around the house is rather remote, which for us was what we wanted, but a shirt drive takes you to numerous interesting places anyway. Thanks Sharon, we really enjoyed our stay!

The Old Vicarage is even more charming than it appears on the pictures. A beautiful and comfortable little property that is a great base to explore the north Norfolk coastline from. Sharon was a wonderful host who spent time showing us around, picked us fruit from the garden and offered us all the emergency accessories we needed when we were hit with a village power cut. The little provisions on arrival are very well thought out and when it came to utensils/equipment etc we found ourselves wanting for nothing. Thanks for allowing us to holiday in the nicest property we've ever stayed in.

We loved Sharon's cottage, lots of space for the two of us and the dog, and very charming. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat, the beds were comfy (and the room lovely and dark with really effective blinds!) and the kitchen was great for us to prepare simple meals. The location was mostly blissfully silent, sadly apart from the Saturday night when some neighbours holding a wedding party until nearly 2am with exactly the thumping bass we'd left London to avoid. A shame for our relaxing weekend as my insomnia then kicked in and I lost a night's sleep, but obviously that was out of Sharon's control! Sharon was super helpful around our arrival and departure and understanding about catering for our dog, too - and there are great walks directly from the cottage! We would definitely like to return and hopefully get the full benefit of the rural peace and quiet next time :)

What a perfect time we had at The Old Chapel. Gorgeous setting, beautiful space and wonderfully equipped. Super helpful and friendly host. Could not have been better.

It's a 15 minute drive from Blakeney, the best village on the North Norfolk coast. Back To The Farm is an excellent place for food shopping very nearby. The house has a surprisingly spacious rear garden behind the potting shed! Stairs are very steep so be careful coming down in the morning! Fantastic stay in the annex! Bella was very welcoming and the annex was a great space with all that you could need from a super comfy bed to a selection of breakfast goodies. Perfect location, walking distance to nice local pub and short drive to the best Norfolk towns and places of interest.

We had a fantastic few days at Beck Farmhouse. Bella is such a great host with a friendly welcome. The accommodation is of high quality with great attention to detail. We were absolutely delighted to find the kitchen area to be larger than we expected and the bathroom has plenty of space. We loved the area and would definitely like to come and stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Bella's house. We were welcomed by Bella and made to feel at home. Bella was very accommodating and even let us borrow her travel cot and changing mat for our baby. The room is very tranquil and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was looking lovely and it worked really well having a do it yourself style. We had lovely walks at Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Beck Farmhouse. It is a lovely secluded spot with only a short drive/cycle to all of the local amenities (as well as the sea!). The Farmhouse is beautifully equipped with everything you need for a long weekend in the countryside. Bella and family are fantastic and very accommodating hosts, providing lots of local goodies on arrival as well as tips about the area. We were very sad to leave Norfolk and Lucy the Labrador, but we hope to be back soon! Thanks again for a great stay Bella!

A fantastic host, a beautiful location and an excellent find. Perfectly located to explore the north Norfolk coast, the room was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We had the perfect stay at Beck house, the room was spotless and very cosy, and having access to the kitchen and use of the wood burner was amazing. We absolutely loved the breakfast that was provided and the local products. The location is brilliant if you like scenic walks and is the ideal base to explore Norfolk. Bella was a brilliant host and recommended places for us to visit, we ate at the Dun Cow and thought the food and wine was awesome. We can't recommend this place enough! Thankyou Bella!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella's lovely apartment which was well located a couple of miles south of Holt. It was perfect for our visit to Norfolk. Lovely large room with good bathroom and small kitchen with everything we needed to make a simple breakfast which Bella had thoughtfully provided. We had four nights here and loved the countryside location as well as spotting the barn owl each evening on our return. Thanks again to Bella and her lovely family.

The little lodge is truly amazing the whole design and the way it's been thought out is worthy of being on George Clarkes amazing spaces! So unique and stylish Janet and Dave definatley have an eye for design. The location is just perfect 25 mins drive to Sea. We will be back very soon I would highly recommend this little lodge it's like home from home. Not forgetting Janet's fresh baked bread on arrival its divine!

Cosy, comfy cottage , small kitchen but with everything you need to make simple food . You will need a car as there is no shop in the village. Nice central location for visiting north Norfolk coast .

The cottage has a lovely decor, having the kitchen and sitting made the experience more homely. It is in a great location - half way between Norwich & the local beaches. Although there aren't shops in the village - Jan left tea, coffee and milk on arrival. A couple of miles away is a pub and village store. Jan & Dave are really welcoming - happy to tell you about the area and provide a pack with local places to eat & explore.

This is a bijou, but beautiful place to stay. It is well designed and decorated, with everything you might need and then some! The beds were supremely comfortable - everything has been done to a high spec. The hosts are lovely people who go out of their way to make your stay a good one, and a freshly baked loaf and a cup of tea greeted us on our arrival. The village is lovely, though without a pub or shop, and about 30 minutes from the coast. We found it a good jumping off spot for exploring North Norfolk. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a cosy and out-of-the-ordinary place to stay for exploring North Norfolk, then Janet's accommodation is ideal. Located in a peaceful village it's perfect for a relaxing break and Janet & Dave are great hosts.

Lovely warm welcome from Janet with a tasty loaf of freshly baked bread to welcome us. The accommodation was just as described and perfect for a quiet weekend away. Although not within walking distance of any amenities, it is in a great position from which to explore Norfolk. I would happily stay here again.

The barn was a delight - private, cleverly laid out with a lovely, fairly private terrace and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The owners were extremely helpful and discreet.
