Charmant appartement situé dans un quartier paisible et historique de Lanciano, mais à proximité à pied de tous les services (épiceries, fruiteries, pâtisseries, rue commerciale). Valeria est venue nous rejoindre, car nous ne trouvions pas l'emplacement, car l'appartement est dans une coquette ruelle non accessible avec la voiture. Il faut donc stationner un peu plus loin. N'hésitez pas à contacter Valeria, car elle est très disponible. L'appartement était très bien équipé et Valeria nous avait laissé un réfrigérateur bien rempli (lait, jus d'oranges, confitures, lait au chocolat pour les enfants, fruits, eau fraîche) et de nombreuses pâtisseries (biscuits et gâteaux) délicieuses par ailleurs. Elle nous a aussi fait de nombreuses suggestions de restos et d'endroits à visiter.

First, we would like to say what a wonderful host Valeria is. We had made a mistake with the date of our arrival (we arrived one day too early), and when we contacted Valeria she immediately helped us out. We offered to book a hotel for the one night, and arrive at La Campanelle the next day as planned, but she was insistent that we just come as she did not have a booking for that day. This meant that she had to make sure that everything was prepared for us a day early. And boy was it. When we arrived, there was cake, some fruit, eggs, milk, coffee and a bottle of wine and other things too many to list. Including some Easter eggs that she scattered around like an Easter hunt. Le Campanelle is a very charming, multi-level apartment that has been updated. The lower level contains the kitchen/living space, the next level the bedroom and bathroom, the next level a little loft area with an outside terrace where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or read a book. All the special little touches in the apartment were much appreciated. Lots of information on Lanciano, candles everywhere, colour coordinated cushions and pillows – you can see that a great deal of time and effort when in to making the apartment very comfortable and accommodating. The location itself is very close to the historical centre as well as shops and restaurants. If you want to experience the real Italy, stay at Le Campanelle. First, the apartment is indicative of the type of housing that is there. And second, it is located where locals live. Just want to thank Valeria again for her graciousness in accommodating us and would recommend a stay at this charming apartment.

Tout était très bien préparé pour l'arrivée. Il y avait quelque chose de comestible pour le premier jour dans la maison. La propriété est une grande expérience, mais pas pour plus de 2personnes et comme une famille plutôt malheureusement rien. Couple fortement recommandé si vous voyagez avec des petits bagages et sa voiture comme peut être partout. est certainement tort, qu'il ya un parking. Il est un désastre en voiture. (Désolé) Même pour moi est un b & b avec petit déjeuner qui était pas là. C'est juste une question de définition. Il est juste un charmant cottage de vacances avec beaucoup de flair. Valeria était très sympathique.

Siamo stati accolti molto bene, puntualissima all'appuntamento per darci le chiavi e farci vedere la casa. Ci ha addirittura tenuto un posto per la macchina vicino al B&B. Il B&B è molto vicino al centro, meno di dieci minuti e piedi e si arriva al centro di Lanciano. La casa è pulitissima, completamente arredata, fornita di tutto il necessario. E'davvero bella, tutta nuova, mi sbilancio a dire che è perfetta. E' situata in una zona tranquilla, pochi rumori, molto vivibile. Una soluzione ottimale per una vacanza, nel complesso ben oltre le normali forme di accoglienza!

What a beautiful lil home and town. Had a cozy, fun, relaxing and enjoyable few days. People in town are so friendly. Bed was comfortable, house had everything we needed and more. We took a girls weekend here Valeria was very sweet, accommodated our needs, gave great local information and communicated throughout our entire stay. Provided a well stocked home and breakfast. We all highly recommend to stay here if you want a true italian experience.

Ho ospitato a casa di Valeria due amici, in Abruzzo per un weekend per il mio matrimonio. Casa molto carina in cui si sono trovati bene. Valeria molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima, tavola apparecchiata con molti dolci, torte e in frigorifero succhi di frutta e latte. Molto pulita, bagno pulito e biancheria pulita e profumata. Le uniche cose che mi hanno segnalato come meno confortevoli sono state le scale e l'ingresso per la cucina, molto stretto e le scale un po' scomode; oltre a molta umidità nella cucina tale da formare muffa sul soffitto, cosa che purtroppo è abbastanza tipica delle case nel centro storico di Lanciano. Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato positivo e i miei ospiti si sono trovati bene!

Alessio ist ein perfekter Gastgeber - er ist sehr kommunikativ und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war eher klein (wir waren in 5 Personen), aber gut genug. Die Straße in der Nähe war ein bisschen laut (vor allem während der Nacht, mit geöffneten Fenstern). Alles, was nötig war, von einem Auto (Shop, Strände, Einkaufszentrum, Tankstelle etc.) leicht zu erreichen. Und es gibt ein kleines Geschäft mit Garten Früchte nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Alessio était très facile de communiquer avec les deux avant et pendant mon séjour, et était toujours serviable. Comme il y avait juste moi rester, il y avait beaucoup de place et, en tant que Canadien, étant près de Ortona était intéressant. Comme d'autres l'ont mentionné, il peut être un peu bruyant, mais pas désagréablement ainsi. J'ai trouvé le logement comme indiqué et facile à conduire à des magasins etc.

La maison est spacieuse, vraiment très propre et plus que confortable. Elle est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Il fait toujours très bon à l'intérieur malgré la chaleur à l'extérieur et ne nécessite pas d'air conditionné. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut: barbecue, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, papier toilettes, shampooing, savon, lave linge, sèche linge, sèche cheveux… Carlotta est généreuse et très attentionnée, elle nous a laissé tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin: jus et eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur, lait, café, biscuit, pâtes, riz, des conserves, huile d'olive, vinaigre balsamique, sucre, farine… Wifi et internet fonctionnent parfaitement bien et sans problème. La chambre d'enfants a été un vrai plaisir pour mes enfants. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas rencontré Carlotta parce qu'elle était en vacances mais nous avons rencontré son amie Aurora très gentille et qui nous a tout expliqué. Carlotta nous a cependant envoyé régulièrement des messages pour prendre de nos nouvelles et s'assurer que nous n'avions besoin de rien. Crecchio est un petit village très charmant et idéal pour toute personne cherchant calme et sérénité. La maison donne d'un coté sur une aire de jeu boisée et de l'autre côté sur un grand jardin d'oliviers et beaucoup de verdure. Je félicite Carlotta pour sa belle maison bien entretenue et la remercie pour sa grande générosité. Je recommande vivement cette hôte.

Carlotta's extended family warmly welcomed us. They took excellent care by showing us around, providing information where to procure wine, as well as knocking on our door with a variety of delicious homemade food. Their graciousness added to our wonderful experience in Crecchio, a most charming village. The house has an extended shady patio, decked with plants, and WIFI. Parking is available just in front of the house. Summer is very warm, and as typical for most Italian homes, there is no air-con; however fans were provided. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with a comfortable bunk bed.

De ideale huis voor een vakantie in Abruzzo. Dit huis ligt op het platteland op slechts enkele kilometers van de zee en de bergen, is de ideale plek voor een aangenaam verblijf in een mooi als de regio Abruzzo. Het penthouse is ruim met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, badkamer en slaapkamers in uitstekende staat en een terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de prachtige avond met! Het huis is gelegen in een charmant klein stadje waar het gemakkelijk is om het even welke plaats te krijgen. Valeria was erg vriendelijk en attent, wist hoe je goede restaurants, prachtige stranden en mooie plekken dankzij vertellen om een waardevolle gids liet ons ter beschikking staan in het appartement. Zeker een heerlijk en ontspannen verblijf in een perfect huis voor elke behoefte, laat het terras en het adembenemende uitzicht op het was echt moeilijk.

Un bout du monde (car la route s’arrête à la maison au hameau de Collegaliano) sous forme de petit paradis campagnard, sur une crête, avec une superbe vue sur les collines avoisinnantes et les Apennins au loin depuis la terrasse. A 12 km seulement de la côte et des plages de Foro, une situation en retrait, sans être isolée(tout ce qu’il faut dans les villages alentours), qui nous convient parfaitement. La maison est bien ensoleillée, confortable et les différents habitants du hameau (de la famille de Natalino) sont tous extrêmement gentils et très discrets, de même que le propriétaire. Пение птиц)Доброжелательные,внимательные хозяева,помогли ,когда были проблемы с машиной,быстро решали возникшие мелкие проблемы..Дом чистый,удобный,две ванных комнаты.кондиционер на каждом этаже..до пляжа 13 км как и написано в объявлении,по хорошей дороге с красивыми пейзажами..недалеко магазин и по дороге на пляж хороший супермаркет..в 3 км от места небольшой уютный городок с барами,пиццериями и очень хорошими людьми) Необходим автомобиль! И желаю всем отличного отдыха...рекомендую дом Наталино!!!

Nous avons été accueillis très bien par Patrizia. Même avant notre arrivée a pris soin de vous renseigner sur nos préférences pour certains détails. La maison est spacieuse et confortable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour, y compris les peignoirs moelleux et SPA d'échantillons de crèmes. Les parents, Patrizia vivent au coin de la maison et sont disponibles et très gentil. Je l'avais entendu de bonnes choses à propos de la réception des Abruzzes, mais la réalité a dépassé les attentes. Si nous avons la chance, nous reviendrons.

Tutti, grandi e piccini, sono stati assolutamente felici della vacanza e della sistemazione. Vittorio, cortese e discreto, ha fatto in modo che tutto funzionasse alla perfezione. La casa, pulita e funzionale, si é rivelata perfetta per accogliere i bambini e in una posizione ottimale per il mare (a giudicare dalle foto splendido) e per la montagna. Sono stata ospite del signor Vittorio e sua moglie dal 21/06/2014 al 04/07/2014 con mio marito e i miei due figli. L'appartamento è come descritto nell'annuncio, spazioso, pulito con tutti i confort e situato in zona tranquilla. Si trova a pochi minuti dal mare e da tutti i servizi, in ottima posizione anche per visitare l'entroterra. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, esperienza molto positiva.

Our family of 3 adults and 2 young children stayed in this wonderful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment for almost a month. The apartment is in a great location, just steps (and there are lots of steps in Lanciano!) away from the market and main area of the old city. We really enjoyed the market and being close to the community center. Giuseppina, Philip & their daughters are delightful and wonderful hosts. They were exceedingly generous with their hospitality and provided lots of interesting information about Lanciano and the surrounding area. They responded very quickly when we had some issues with the hot water, as well as with anything else that we needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you would like to be part of a small and historic community. Giuseppina will delight you with here stories and interesting facts about Lanciano. :)
