Wow what can I say, we have stayed at multiple locations using airbnb. This one is tops, the place was so much more fantastic in person. We were there for a family wedding and everybody loved it. My sister is even planning on booking some time there. It is in the country but sill close to everything. Thank you to the hosts we were welcome with a fresh batch of brownies and a bottle of wine.

Nancy's guesthouse is a beautiful home near Navasota, Texas. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there, and it is well set up for larger groups. The surrounding area is not know for it's tourist attractions, but the farm and home offer a unique and relaxing experience. Nancy is a wonderful host and even goes so far as to provide wine and fresh baked brownies which greet you as you first walk in.

Right from the start, it was a great welcome! A sign at the entry welcoming us, fresh brownies and a bottle of wine. House was very clean, Liked having brochures available for area attractions.

Had a great time staying at Nancy's beautiful farmhouse. It was quiet and serene and could see stars and even the Milky Way at night. She thought of everything including all the small appliances and dinnerware you would need for your group. We had fun grilling outside and enjoying the quiet setting. Our group enjoyed all the antiques in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out and prepare some wonderful meals. Definitely will come back if we are in the area.

Great quiet place and plenty of space for kids to run around outside. Fire pit was fun at night. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfy. We had all we needed! You will love it!

The host was very nice, she was easy to get a hold of, and she even brought us brownies . She left a bottle of wine for us as well . Property was very nice, and the house was wonderful .

We LOVED our stay at Pearl's place! The set up was perfect for our two small families. The third bedroom that includes a pull out love seat is so spacious and set apart from the other bedrooms. It made for a great place for the grown ups to hang out after putting the kids to bed. The house is so clean and beautifully renovated. It is also very well stocked; there wasn't a single thing we needed that we couldn't find. The outside space is so peaceful. Sitting around the fire pit with a cup of coffee (bring your k cups) watching the cows and donkey made for such a relaxing evening. The kids enjoyed having the spacious yard to run around also. Janice was a wonderful host who texted to make sure we arrived and had everything we needed and let us know we could contact her if we needed to during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing weekend in the country get away. We didn't want to leave!

The how was everything represented! Everything new and clean! Great attention to details. Location was a lovely quiet house on a couple of acres in the country.. very nice. Fire Pit was great. I would certainly recommend it to others!

This little gem was perfect!! Janice was great! Such a great option than an overpriced hotel. Felt so cozy and comfortable sitting out on the porch watching the fireflies at night. Had everything we needed to be comfortable hours away from home. Thanks Janice!!!

Perfect...period. Everything as described and more. Little details most don't think of like fire starter for firepit, labeled light switches, robes. Like a comfy, at home feel with hotel details in a beautiful country location. We will definitely be going back!!!

Our stay with Michael was fantastic! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Michael himself was very hospitable, making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He even gave us some suggestions for local events! We'll definitely contact him again if we're back in the area!

My family and I loved our weekend away at the farmhouse. We enjoyed fishing, going to visit the barn and watching the stars, which were so beautiful out there. Everything was clean, cozy, & comfortable. Thank you Lucy for being such a good host; very helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommended. We would return and stay again.

Lucy's place was very nice. We were there for our daughters college graduation (Texas A&M, College Station and her place is not far from College Station). We wanted something to occupy our boys (they love the outdoors) and be able to have local family visit us for quality time in between the hustle and bustle of the graduation and ceremony/reception. It certainly served its purpose. We had a wonderful time at the pond...which is huge and just being together. Thank you Lucy for making our trip wonderful!!

Loved the quaint farmhouse and the peace and quiet. Only there for 2 nights so we didn't get to wander much around the area but I strongly suggest taking the time and explore. Beautiful trees and great views.

The house was perfect for our stay. Only 20 minutes from Kyle Field, it's a nice escape after a crazy day of football and tailgating. The house is just as described. Scott and Diana made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was a great touch! The dogs were so sweet too! I highly recommend the house if you are staying the night in College Station. Hope to come back!

We just spent a great weekend at this place. Diana was wonderful, the place is so calm and pretty, the dogs are so cute (Molly!!!!) My while group had a blast and we want to come back. This time better prepared for fishing and keep the fun going.

Cozy, comfortable, quiet country living. Our group of six adults had everything needed for a pleasant one-night stay. The home-baked goods and friendly puppy were a nice welcome. Make note that the house has only one typical bedroom with the other bedroom containing three beds to sleep as many as five. The decor is somewhat outdated, like a visit to Grandma's house, but we found it cozy.

Scott and Diana's home was a sweet country house in the rural outskirts of College Station. With an active farm on their average, there's plenty to explore during your stay. Also, Diana and Avoid were wonderful hosts. From the fresh breakfast items and water stocked for us in the fridge, to an assortment of teas, coffees and pastries on the counter, my group felt very welcomed into their home.

Scott and Diana were very friendly and helpful in giving us directions to the house. The house was in great condition when we arrived, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. The land the house sits on is beautiful and it's very quiet. Scott came over and introduced himself personally after we arrived, giving us a chance to meet face to face. He was very friendly and welcoming and assured us we could come ask for anything at any time if we needed it.

We stayed for one night at Bogart's B&B in the Grace Kelly room. Our expectations were exceeded. Finding the property was easy, as it is located on one of the main roads in Navasota and has a conspicuous sign at the street. At the same time, the house is set far enough back and is in a quiet enough area that the ambiance is very peaceful, inside and out. The room is appointed in early Hollywood kitsch, and a lot of fun to stay in. Our room had a full kitchen and a very comfortable queen bed, two comfortable chairs and plenty of room. We expected a typical continental breakfast - that is to say, not much - but Dwayne went above and beyond with scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants and fruit, served just outside the room. Everything was delicious. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. The more we explored the place, the more little delights we found that just reflect Dwayne's attention to detail. A big thumbs up.

My husband and I came up for a weekday to have a short getaway from Houston. We stayed the night in the cabin called Southern Charm. The cabin was so cute and cozy. The cabin has the ability to sleep 4 but I think it would be cramped for that amount. There is a sofa and 2 rolling chairs. The kitchen is small but perfect for 2. The bedroom was perfect and we had a wonderful sleep. The house has a deck with a table and chairs and a hot tub. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while drinking some local wine. The cabin made you fell like you were out in the middle of nowhere all alone. We wanted to have the experience of the homecooked breakfast so we opted to pay extra to have breakfast cooked for us at the B&B. Breakfasts do not come with the price when you stay at the cottage.Michelle, the inn keeper, did not disappoint with her meal. We had homemade sugar cookies waiting for us when we arrived in our cottage. For breakfast we had fruit, quiche, rosemary potatoes & homemade fig bread. I loved dining in the elegant dining room. The property is massive and we loved looking around. The house has a beautiful wrap around deck with many places to sit and enjoy the view. There is a fishing pond. A gazebo with lights at night and chairs to relax. There is a fire pit with multiple chairs to sit around the fire. Michelle was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. She answered all our questions for us. We met the owner, Barbara, when we arrived and she was a treat. She let us look around her home and we enjoyed conversing with her. Thank you for the nice stay. We will be back!!
