Many spa and massage places (be sure to book before your stay) to visit, along with an interesting shopping strip and a huge Mill Market complex for those who love anything vintage. Lots of choice in cafes and bars and home to the iconic Lakehouse Restaurant. A walk around the lake is a good way to walk off all the overindulging.

Lots of choice in cafes and bars and home to the iconic Lakehouse Restaurant. A walk around the lake is a good way to walk off all the overindulging.

It's also home to Annie Smithers popular Du Fermier Restaurant and the must visit Red Beards Bakery. Housed in a quirky building is one of the oldest & largest sourdough ovens. The bread and treats are to die for!
There's a great golf course and the Trentham Falls are worth a visit, especially after some decent rains. A good Farmers market is also held in the town.
The Drive from Trentham to Dayelsford is lovely, as is the drive from Ballan to Trentham.
