Most all linens are included for your stay (bed sheets, blankets, towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, bath mats). But..you will need to bring your own beach towels. Please treat the linen as you would your own. Extra charges could occur if this rule is not followed.

We provide starter items of toilet tissue, paper towels, a clean sponge each stay, dish liquid, and a couple dish washer pods. Short stays may find this sufficient, but longer stays will need to plan to bring or purchase more items. We don't supply laundry detergent, so if you plan to use the washer and dryer you need to purchase this item.

Check out the folder located in kitchen area of the unit to check out local information. Listing of restaurants, local activities, grocery stores, urgent care and hosptial information are all on a laminated sheet there.

Check Out Procedures Check out is 10am ● Leave quilts & blankets folded up on bed. ● Place all used linens & towels in a pile in front of the washer and dryer. ● DO NOT remove mattress pads and mattress covers. ● Bag & remove all trash from the unit (cans located in parking area) ● Load, run, and empty the dishwasher. Dishwasher pods are located under the sink. Also, liquid dish detergent is provided for your convenience. ● Clean out refrigerator and cabinets of all your personal food items. ● Please check behind yourself to make sure to retrieve all personal items.

Continued Checkout Procedures... ● Please clean dryer trap after each use. ● Turn off all lights and appliances. ● Set temperature to 76 degrees in summer and 60 degrees in winter. ● Make sure fireplace is off before leaving. ● Lock all exterior doors when leaving-1 in master & 2 in living/dining room area. ● Make sure front door is locked when leaving This Information is also included in the folder of information in the kitchen area of the unit.

Locked closets in laundry room, hallway and under house storage area are not for guest use. Non-adherence to this policy could result in extra charges if supplies and extra linen are used.
