Evenings in mid-winter can get as cold as -9*C. Although the house has all the amenities to keep warm, being outside can be chilly and we recommend that you are prepared.

Wood, charcoal and firelighters
At the lodge, we have wood and charcoal available at an additional cost. We have an indoor and portable outside braai. If you prefer to bring your own items, that is fine too.
