Discover 18th Century buildings and their history and an enormous tropical aviary, housed in the ruins of a slave hospital. The Appleton Rum Tasting Experience leads you through the process of rum making and its history, while you sample several Appleton Rums. Rum, coffee and Jamaican favourites can be found in the Gift Shop located in an old sugar factory.
