The Sacajawea Center has a small museum about the Native Americans that lived in the Lemhi Valley. It also has a large nature trail that passes the river. Many locals use this trail for daily walks. It's a beautiful walk with informative plaques describing the plants and wildlife around you.

Goldbug Hotsprings is an amazing hike. It's takes about 1.5 hours to reach the hot springs. I go with children that are able to make it up there with small breaks but I'm tired by the time I get to the top. Warning: It's known that some people decide to bath nude (not that I've seen but many have) ;)
