Stones Corner has an eclectic diversity feel with constant changes going on. The op shops that are scattered around the main street, as well as an assortment of great restaurants (especially Lady Marmalade), middle-eastern supermarkets, bookshops, cool beer haunts (the pub, Bent Elbow - my favourite, Shady Palms - a definite chill out space), other cafes and cheap tat stores make it a really special area of Brisbane. The Stones Corner Village is a really is a mish-mash of old, new and a funky place to hang out day and night.
