You will find several super markets at Borgergade and also a nice but smaller supermarket closer to the apartment. (I have marked the map with 2 x grocery shopping).
There is also a SPAR mall just around the corner at Store Kongens gade.

A very nice place to hang out. It includes pavilions, stages and a flight of kissing steps. As well as a place to take a break, grab a snack and have a chat. You can even jump in the harbor for a swim (yes the harbor is clean enough to swim) and sunbath on the wooden kissing steps.
