In a portuguese café, you will not be able to order the italian cappuccino and you will surprise others by unpacking your laptop.

Great street to enjoy authentic portuguese little stores, bookshops, cafés and bars. I recommend to walk up that street all the way to the metro station Rato. This area has a lot to offer and is not overloaded by tourists.

On sundays in June 2016 there will be free Jazz concerts in the park.

It is not too far to walk to Cais de Sodré or you can take the tram or bus. From there you can use the metro system.
