Our favourite local restaurants
Here are a couple of our favourite places for a meal when in town. They range from cheap and cheerful to a bit more fancy. Most will also accommodate children, but you're best to ask when booking!
Make sure you book!
Favourite dish would have to be the White Fish Sashimi and crispy Pork Belly.
What keeps us coming back though is dropping by for a late night cocktail - the Caramel Espresso Martini is NEXT LEVEL.

Full of MEAT, MEAT and more MEAT and great share platters.
They also do takeaway, which is convenient considering you can't book a table at this place and its often quite busy. So we would suggest getting there early if you're keen to eat in.
Also have some great beers on tap, if thats your thing.

They also do takeaway, which is convenient considering you can't book a table at this place and its often quite busy. So we would suggest getting there early if you're keen to eat in.

If you're chasing a good coffee - do not go past Tucker!
Just down across the road from Coles, their coffee is delicious.
Your puppy can also join you at the outside tables.

Always a lively place to head. If you go during the day; there are loads of families enjoy a meal out - or perhaps some time out, as there is a great enclosed play area that keeps the kids entertained for ages!

At the bottom of Halcyon House, this one is a little fancy place for a meal.
We have been for breakfast, and the atmosphere is lovely and menu pretty varied.
Also do GREAT coffee!
