This place should be on a bbq lovers foodie bucket list. The hype is real and the wait is long. Plan to arrive early before they sell out. Check out the reviews on yelp to learn more about what you are in for. The fatty brisket is the way to go for meat lovers, sausage gets a lot of praise also. Plan for 3-4 hour wait times BYOB, it's an experience many guests like to do on their trip to Austin. The other option is the togo options but unless about a month in advance plan to get there around 730am.

The tacos with brisket are very popular also. Don't miss out on their guacamole or yummy queso, very popular! This location has limited parking but there are multiple Torchy's tacos around town that you could go to instead if too crowded.
