It offers stunning wilderness just a half an hour drive from the Lodge - hiking for all levels of fitness, biking for the more adventurous ones and breath-taking views. There are also fascinating Aboriginal landscapes and a blossoming rainforest to explore. Gap Creek Falls is a cool rainforest bushwalk and leads to one of the Hunter region’s best waterfalls (1.5km return).
