This location can't be beat from our place. Less than a mile down the road. The venue itself is gorgeously designed and comfortable. Their cocktails are crafted from local distilleries and some are distilled themselves. Delicious food, full entrees, appetizers small plates by head chef, Matthew Smith. They have occasional live jazz. Ask for Allison Rice Smith and tell her Catherine Conlin sent you. Nick Matio is the main mixmaster and his concoctions are unique with a variety for every palette.

Now called Alibi, A bit pricey, but the kind of pricey you're willing to spend on a long weekend because whatever you buy, will last forever and be unique, some items are one-of-a kind. lovely and close by, you could buy an alpaca sweater or a pair of boots as well as everything in between. Stephanie Topogolus, the owner, was once an event planner for the Smithsonian in DC, so her taste is impeccable.
