This is a very quiet and sheltered part of Torquay. The town centre is 25 minutes walk away along the seafront. The beach is just around the corner withe many other local amenities close by including plenty of dining and entertainment. Another advantage we have is the train station is only a 3 minute walk away so you don't even need to drive.We have plenty of parking onsite and nearby so unlike many other properties in town we can confidently say you will get a parking space.
