Honolua Bay is one of the most northern bays on the island. Driving north on the Honoapi'ilani Highway (31), you'll wrap down and around a very lush area of rainforest, which is the apex of the bay. With adequate permission, you can walk through the forest to the shoreline, which is about a 10 minutes short walk. Some of the best snorkeling is further up the coastline on the right and left. You'll often see boats in here with snorkelers, a much easier way to get directly to the best snorkel areas at Honolua Bay. The safest and best way is to go is by Kayak tour to Honolua.

There are two Monkeypod in Maui but I'd recommend the one in Wailea. It's the very fist one and it's closer to our Airbnb, not to mention the environments and food are really great.

Best places for hiking
Pipiwai Trail is the first trail I did in Maui, it's pretty charming with Banyan trees, bamboo forest and waterfall at the end. Because it's relatively short trail, I would recommend it no matter you want to go for a solo-hike or enjoy it with your family.

If you want to have the utmost snorkeling experience, you may want to pay more attention to the weather on a snorkeling day. Weather plays an important role to snorkeling experiences. Abundance sunshine on a sunny day leads to higher visibility in the water.
Mild wind leads to mild waves, making it safer for travelers. Island weather changes a lot, but it tends to get windier and cloudier in the afternoon. Thus, a sunny morning should be your choice to make it great snorkeling day.

The restaurants in Maui are great, however, they are also super busy with tons of advanced reservations, be sure to book those popular restaurants when you see this advice. (You might already done that so please just ignore me)
It also makes sense to plan those c with your trips, for example, book the restaurants in Kihei when you're staying in our cozy apartment.
